The Wagon hiest

The Next part of the Streets of Gagetzan Adventure is going to feature vehicular combat/ mounted combat. So if anybody want to rent and/or buy a vehicle let me know here. Give me an idea of what you are looking for and i will throw you a price. If you don't have enough you can always settle for a down payment till this next portion of the adventure cause it will pay well. Now you don't have to use vehicles or mounts but it would make the game more interesting.

Now lets start with a general introduction without the flavor text. The Contract lawyer wants you to intercept a supply wagon that is coming in to supply the purple punks with unknown stuff. You guys can do what you want with the wagon and whats in it just make sure it don't end up in purple hands.

Now you don't have to use vehicles or mounts but it would make the game more interesting.

I think I'll try to use my own skills on this one...
By the way, for some reason it didn't show that there was new topics in the window for everything.

How much does it cost to rent a helocopter/airplane/zepplin. And if it happens to get damaged/destroyed, I only lose the deposit right?

Realistically, I'd probably go on foot or maybe rent a horse/camel for just the day.

You must pay one fifth of the market price to use the vehical and 1/3 of the base price fora deposit for repairs. If the vehical is totaled you must pay full price for it or end up burried in the desert some place. Possibley in jail and put into indentured servituide till the dept is paid off. But all the prices are negotiable. Also the pilots cost varries ten to twenty is average but the more you pay or promise to pay afterwords might get him to do some crazy stuff. Don't worry too much about money cause if you do drum up a contract to pay him after words and use some diplomacy you might be able to get one for free or on the cheap. this IOU system will work with regular mounts as well.

Well It seems that we have some new characters and some at a higher level. those who are higherlevel will not level with the rest of the party until the party catchs up. The only person who was supposed to be a higer level was derek which we worked out as a non leveling and lowly equiped character. With a set of brest plate and his rune sword and bubkis for anything else. Though I think Justines naga is fifth which is not his fault.

Now that i said I would also like to give a little bit of a tip off which you guys probably thought of already. Cause of the Giant fire there are a few things that the bad guys could do. Call for back up, Continue and be aware of the situation, Reroute the Rendevous point, est. Rember they do have vehicals and are more mobile than you are. In any case the status que has changed and anything can happen now. I will roll secretly roll randomly for the reaction of the escort and the wagon. oh yeah and here is some more flavor text for you.

In the distance you can see a purple flare fly into the sky in the direction of the coming wagon. Tombo and Pino (Zack correct me if i got the name wrong) have a good grasp on time. and know that the wagon has not been attacked yet. The Thier are no flare guns on the other goblins and at this time the building is still standing and could be entered.

So... attacking that wagon just got alot more interesting, well hopefully they will just flee in terror and we can run them down and kill them all. -sigh- yeah right this is one of marshalls campains more likely we will get the never ending swarm of renforcements.

But, il say once again...THIS GROUP IS WAY TO F'N DESTRUCTIVE AND IM ONLY WIHTIN BY ASSOCIATION!!!! NOT AN ACTUAL MEMBER!!!!!

Aww poor Zack with his almost passifest chararter, can't handle the fact that this pary causes distrution on par with a young chatic evil dragon.

you could try to convence us to cause less damage to paces when whe get into fights it's not likely to happen but you can try.

No Epic's character is just a lot more subtle. He also doesn't believe in messing with people who haven't messed with him and he will treat others as they treat them.(some on tries to kill him...) At least this is my analysis of his character so far. As to his association well it might be the fact that most party enemies associates him with the group and there is safety in numbers. This is just my analysis though. Epic would know for sure.

In my defense, (since I came up with the idea), I did not expect the adobe to go up in flames as much as it did. It's made of dry mud for the love of God, how was I supposed to know that would happen? And Zack, I also prefer a more subtle approach, but A. my people skills are worthless, and B. I don't know enough to wage a guerrilla war against them. Besides, if you're going to kill something, using fire is a good idea most of the time. Unless it's fire elementals you're fighting.

And Marshall, unfortunately it seems as though everyone besides maybe three people in the town want our heads. Well, not really, but the gang members are kind of hard to pick out from the normal EXP-I mean townsfolk. Yes, that's exactly what I meant.

Good day, gentlemen.

You are right mike pueblo's and clay building are nearly fire proof. However the wooden support structure and objects inside are not. So the building going to burn down but it is going to take a while possibly longer than five minutes. Any who i don't blame you Mike it was effective at preventing the goblins from being able to put up a decent defense.

Also i was looking at our New Dwarf and he does have knowledge military tactics. Which next game he could use to determine the reason for the flare.

Hey Guys, it's Derek.

Just wanted to say a few things. 1. next battle with the wagon should go pretty fast even though there's only 4 people, but we do have a lvl 6 Death Knight (which I did agree on not gaining xp until everyone was equal lvl), and a naga witch, and forgot others (sorry! >.<). 2. If you guys at the pit stop put up defensive postions and wait for us to come back (i think its kinda easy to tell if a horse with blue flames for hooves comes into town and is your ally). And 3. Thanks for letting me join! Been trying to get a WoW group for a long time. Really happy I found one, and hope to kill plenty of baddies with yah!

Don't worry about us, have pity on those biker's we'll meet soon enough (or not, I'm not sure death knights can feel that). Just try not to set the wagon on fire. Well, at least not too much.

Nice to see you on the site. Eh if marshall dosen't sned a huge hord of renforcements for the caravan the battle should be very easy. also joe's with us as a tinker he's proven in several outher battles to be invaluble. I can't rember for the life of me who our 4th teammate was, eh can't have been that importent....

Derek's Avi is pretty cool, I should relly get my copy of GOW 2 from game stop iv had it pre ordered sence it came out. -is vary lazy-

I dont have GOW 2 (yet) I just play it whenever my friend comes over. I'm playin Dead Space a lot at the moment. Other then Dead Space, i'm playin WoW online, tryin to get some lvlin gear for my warrior, the kind with the tannish title and that lvls with ur character.
