The conference, assuming it is okay with our DM, has been postponed until Thursday or Friday (whichever works for the people who wish to be involved).

Okay, so now that we are starting up again, I wanted to say.

I am up for any more conversations, but we should probably not let it drag on.

In my opinion, we should probably start the encounter no later than Sunday or Monday.
That gives us the weekend and then some to start any conversations people may wish to do.

So.. yeah..I will be waiting! ^_^

I don't think that I have anything else to RP with anyone, although I will try to answer any questions posed to me by the other characters. But other than that, I'll be joining Zen in dying from starvation while waiting.

As for tactics, Zen probably is right.. besides.. I am a follower, not a leader.
I can buff.. or use my crossbow (but I likey buffing more).

Its your choice you all have 10 rounds of prep time to decied what to do and how to set up before the first group reschs you. that gives you all a ton of options on what to do but you dont have the hours to make proper defences nor the levels to do it fast. conjuring instint defences is a 10th lv or so tactic

yeah thats why i was saying we just use basic strategy and hopefully it works out

I will most likely be buffing as well. Perhaps when they get closer, I can ID them and maybe use some Knowledge checks to see who they are. I'm thinking we also need to keep an eye on the group of "refugees" as well. Something about 1 man, 3 women, and 1 child requireing a group of at least ten people to chase them down doesn't seem right, especially considering that you need several feats to effectively fight mounted, which means that these guys could almost be at our level. (almost)

I'm tempted to hit the second group with a Calm Emotions spell when they get into melee range, which means they won't be able to attack, but they will defend themselves.

My appologies for the double post, but the forum doesn't count edits as new content, and I felt this info to be sufficiently important to warrant a new post.

First off, I will be in California until August 2, so don't expect me to update this next week. Secondly, here's what I'm going to be doing until the refugees get here. Buff Zen and Irene, ready my light crossbow and find some cover, and preparing to use Knowledge (religion) and (arcana) on the first group that arrives (the refugees), and as soon as I can see the second group (I'll roll a Spot check), I'm going to do the same to them. If we know they're hostile, then I'll fire away.

Simply put.. Hanako can just do stuff round by round. Her chaotic nature isn't really in the planning to much type.. Just have a simple plan and drive towards it. ^_^
If we do not mind, we can do our prep rounds in a round order as well.
